Pumpkin Carving TIme!

I think this is the first time I have carved a pumpkin in years! Last year, Evelyn could have cared less and her little pumpkin slowly disintegrated into our landlords driveway over the summer untouched by a knife. This year is different, Evelyn is suddenly an expert on what to do with pumpkins. That is until she saw what was actually involved in carving out a pumpkin. There are 3 videos below that show her progression from pure excitement to slimy, orange reality. At first she was sure there was candy inside the pumpkins, then when we pulled the top off she thought it looked a lot like the orange cantaloupe we ate this summer, but then Mommy showed her she had to stick her hand in there and she was done. She had a great time designing the faces and was an excellent cheer leader while Mommy, Gramma and Aunt Marita did the dirty work.

....... OH no! there is something not working with some of the video clips I'll work on them and hopefully get them up and rolling.

First VIDEO clip- CANDY!

2nd VIDEO clip-What is that?

3rd VIDEO clip- cantaloupe!
